She’s the spontaneity of a floating leaf, turning as the river bends.

She is a gentle breeze.

She is the strength of the ancient oak tree.

She is the light at the end of the endless dark tunnel.

She will take you into her arms and hold you close when you are feeling broken.

She will comfort you. She will encourage you. She will listen as you pour out your heart. She shares your dreams, your desires, your fears, your shame. She will sing you to sleep and as you gaze into her bright eyes, you will see the most beautiful image of yourself reflected back at you. She is LOVE.

When you tire, she will hold you and as the wind inspires, she will rock you to sleep.

As you slumber, she will protect you.

She is the sparkle in the midnight waves. She is the black desert sky bursting with shooting stars.

She is the seagull that sits at your side for a long while. She is the orange starfish in the tidepool, the baby sand dollar at your feet, the old buffalo that passes by your window out for a Sunday stroll.

She is the sunrise. She is the blue moon. She is the total eclipse of the sun.

She is the unexpected rainbow around the bend encouraging you to press onward.

She’s as courageous as the baby bird who leaps from the nest for the very first time.

She is an ancient heart-shaped boulder finally returning to her desert home.

She is the early morning coating of wet snow on a late summer’s morning.

She’s as whimsical as a room filled with dancing peppercorns.

She is the bridge of hope over troubled waters. She is my peace.

She is the laughter that echoes through the forest. She is the teardrop that lands on the forest’s floor.

She is a welcome mat for weary feet. She is a cup of tea. She is a hot shower and a place to pee.

She is a favorite pair of old rainboots. She is a mason jar filled with fireflies.

She is a haven and a pathfinder. She is a lantern in the darkness.

She is the wings of birds, dragonflies, ladybugs and butterflies.

She’s the journey. She’s the way home.

She’s a teardrop full of tales, longing to be shared. She is the DREAMCATCHER.
